There are four set plans available, dependant on how much involvement you want, or can manage, at your end. However, on our price list we have also itemised the prices so you can pick and choose which bits you need if none of the set plans suit.

 We:

• Set up the website for you to your specification. Including:
• Designing the site (obviously you would give us the wording you wish to use etc)
• Arrange the purchase and setting up of your desired website name and url [please note that if the name is already being used it may not be possible to have your first choice]
• Arrange the hosting of your site

 You:

• Email us the updates and photos you want added to you blog whilst you are on your travels, whenever you want.
• Sit back and relax

 We:

• Back up your old website.
• Make the required updates.
• Release the updates to your live website within 48hours of receiveing your email

This involves a one off payment + a small monthly fee.

 We:

• We set up the website for you to your specification. Including:
• Designing the site (obviously you would give us the wording you wish to use etc)
• Arrange the purchase and setting up of your desired website name and url [please note that if the name is already being used it may not be possible to have your first choice]
• Arrange the hosting of your site
• We will also backup your website every two weeks as a safety net for you.
• We are available to contact at any point (during uk working hours if by phone, anytime if by email) should you get stuck.

 You:

• Back up your old website (we recommend that you do not skip this step if you have updated your website since our last fortnightly backup).
• You perform the updates to your blog – this will require you to have knowledge of either html or updating word documents.
• Once you have made the updates, you are responsible for releasing them up to the live site.

• Are then responsible for everything from that point on. Including but not limited to:
• Backing up your old website (we recommend that you do not skip this step).
• Make the required updates.
• Release the updates to your live website.

There is no monthly fee with this plan, as once your site is live we are no longer involved.

 We:

• We design the website for you to your specification, and email you the resulting files.

 You:

• Arrange the purchase and setting up of your desired website name and url
• Arrange the hosting of your site
• Make all updates required
• Release them to the live environment

There is no monthly fee with this plan, as once we have emailed you the files you need to upload, our involvement ends.

Given that the resulting website is to your specifications we would need to have a contact number and/or email address in order to contact you throughout the process, it is not neccessary to meet face to face, so do not be concerned about living locally. If however you would prefer face to face contact, we are based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

However you want it, you get it - when you are planning the trip of a lifetime, the last thing you want to worry about is your website blog.
